HDD was involved in the project from initial concept layout of the new Bunnings store and carpark, through to the production of DA drawings for the store, in addition to the concept intersection plans for two new roundabout intersections. Once the DA was approved HDD
then produced the detail designed construction plans for both roundabouts, one being
Council approval and one being RMS approval. HDD then followed with tendering the construction of the road works and managed contractors to the completion of the works.
Port Macquarie Bunnings- John Oxley Drive, Port Macquarie

HDD was involved with the Detail Design approval of the external road works for the new Port Macquarie Bunnings store, that was constructed by the developer CVC. The project involved a very tight time frame and HDD was able to complete the design to achieve RMS and Council Approval, tender the project and finish the construction of the project all within 12 months, from being contracted by CVC.

Lake Haven Bunnings – Chelmsford Road, Lake Haven

HDD was involved in the Detail Design approval of the external road works for the new Lake Haven Bunnings Store, the tendering the construction of the road works and managed contractors to the completion of the works. The project involved construction of a single lane roundabout, that would become the main access to the new Bunnings Store.

Smithfield Bunnings – CNR Cumberland Highway and Sturt Street Smithfield NSW

HDD was involved and prepared new concept plans of the external road works for the new Smithfield Bunnings Store. The project involved completion of due diligence which identified significant services that required an innovation "outside the box design", to avoid moving expensive and time consuming exercise of relocating existing services. HDD subsequently went onto complete the Detailed Design, tendered the construction works through to completion and acceptance by Council and RMS.

Moore Creek Gardens Estate- Browns Lane Tamworth

HDD was appointed as the project manager of the Moore Creek Estate in Tamworth NSW. The estate is a 500-lot rural residential subdivision. HDD liaised with the contractors, the client and Council to achieve approval for each stage of construction. HDD have designed the last 5 stages of the estate. HDD also produced the sales plans for this estate.

HDD was involved in preparing the concept plans for this estate and managing the approval of the DA and all the subconsultants to achieve the DA. We are currently involved in the construction of stage 2, and working on obtaining approval for the rest of the construction.
